I',m the VP of marketing for City Fitness, a Philadelphia-based nimble lifestyle brand that operates six full-service health clubs with over 300 employees. I superintend advertising, branding, strategy, interactions, and business engineering.

What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
Cohere?As a brand that operates full-service health clubs (or ",box gyms",), we propose cluster fitness classes to our members as a part of their customary membership fees. With the rise of boutique studios in the fitness activity, we made a strategic determination to overhaul our cluster fitness programming to match the experience in studios, thus adding expressive value to a membership at City Fitness. A major part of this project is to form an environmental experience—all from branding to the design and recomposition of the spaces within our clubs.
What were your objectives for this project?
We wanted to form a boutique studio experience for members of our gyms, adding value to a fruit they',d already bought. We',re hoping this will increase our membership numbers and their participation in the cluster fitness program.

Cohere has taken on numerous responsibilities for this project. They formd three sole brands for verticals of our Studio program (indoor cycling, yoga/pilates/barre, and cardio cluster fitness classes) and developed evergreen marketing goods to solidify these brands position within our overall brand and program hierarchy. They formd a separate page for these programs on our website and made design recommendations for each pre-existing Studio space that matched their personal brand course. They currently handle the composition of these revamped studio spaces.

The organisation',s founder and CEO has been implicated in all phases of the project, but I',ve worked most closely with an account executive, creative ruler, and full strategist.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with Cohere?
The project is quiet outgoing, so we don',t have any results yet. Having personally been implicated with the design and composition of multiple major properties in our portfolio and renovations within them, I laud Cohere',s methodology, design power, and observation to detail. I',m excited to see what the artistic fruits look like.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with Cohere?
Our workflow with Cohere is extremely powerful. They hit self-imposed deadlines, hold customary and fruitive meetings, and are readily useful. I',m absolutely thrilled with the essence and condition of our interactions in a way that I',ve never been in my agency relationships.
