We paid a big quantity of money for not big services with our antecedent IT provider. We had issues with the Internet going down and as a doctor’s service, we can’t have that happen. It caused frustration for both the staff and the physician.

With the pandemic, their services have been more helpful than ever. We’ve never worked from home, so it',s new to all of us. Their services have been 100% since we began distant work.
