What challenge were you trying to address with Dazeworks Inc.?
We were looking to do some fairly sophisticated shape integration of our Salesforce platform to Community Cloud.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Dazeworks integrated our Accounting Seeds and general Salesforce platform into Community Cloud, and then designed and created a co-op program and gate for our clients.
Was there a dedicated team?
We had a project director we met with on a weekly basis and a few designers/programmers who worked in India with the developers.
How did you come to work with Dazeworks Inc.?
My Salesforce administrator had been looking for some outgrowth help with Salesforce when he came athwart some comments their executives were writing on different effects in the Salesforce space. We were veritably pleased with their expertise and cost range compared to our local associate, so we determined to extend out.

We have spent almost $30,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
The project lasted from May 2016–May 2017.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Dazeworks was able to prepare the outgrowth resources we needed at 20% of the cost we were incurring preceding to hiring them.
How did Dazeworks Inc. accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They did a good job. We veritably appreciated the interaction, and they stayed on task to keep the project moving along nicely.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Aside from having a big cost point, we were able to adjoin with them much better than with past vendors working out of India. While there was a little interaction gap at times, they are very knowledgeable almost American culture so it veritably didn’t befit the effect I feared it might.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
My advice would be to programt weekly project treatment status updates so you can review the things they',ve accomplished over the last time of time and what their programs are for the upcoming time.
