Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the co-founder of a website and app named Campendium.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with End Point?

We needed a part-time developer. It makes more perception for me to work with contracted developers on an as-needed basis, as opposed to having them in-house.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

End Point has granted front- and back-end outgrowth and administration services for our website. Currently, the team is using Ruby on Rails.

Was there a dedicated team?

We work primarily with 3–4 individuals, of whom I work with one daily.

How did you come to work with End Point?

I’ve been working with End Point for more than 15 years so it’s hard to unite one specific challenge. I also worked with them at a antecedent job so it was intrinsic for me to fetch them on at Campendium. I chose to work with them owing of their fidelity, dedication, and power to jump on any project. We work veritably well unitedly.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We bestow almost $63,000 per year.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

Campendium and End Point began working unitedly in Q4 of 2004.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?

I’m extremely satisfied with the deliverables that End Point’s developers have granted. They are also able to unite areas that need to be worked on precedently they befit larger issues. They’re a proactive team.

How did End Point accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

The team is very efficient. We are an nimble organisation, so End Point has adapted to our flexibility. We use Slack and Trello. Depending on the developer, some go over and over in provisions of documenting their work while others just prepare basic notes. I’m good with whichever order. They also have detailed timesheets so we know how they’re bestowing their time.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

We’ve had a good relationship.  I’m extremely submissive to them, and they’re submissive to me. This makes them feel like they have a powerful perception of ownership over and dedication to the work they’re doing. They also have loftiness in their work.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

No, I have no suggestions.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

I work straightly with the developers so I know precisely what’s going on. But it does demand some technical apprehension on my part. I would admonish possible clients to have a technical project director on their team.
