We hired Global Point Technology Solutions to set up our severs and maintain them.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
We determined to set up two connected servers, one for our business software and one for our Wifi and file serving. We continued to run our old server while Global Point Technology Solutions set up the new ones. They did an Exchange to Office 365 migration and a Windows 2018 to Windows 2019 possible server migration. They also set Hyper-V Replica in a Data Protection Manager (DPM) shape, reporting, ESET Cloud AV, and a Microsoft Azure Backup. They configured backups in-house, offwebsite, and to a set of drives.
Global Point Technology Solutions continues to check on our servers and backups each month.
Was there a dedicated team?
I work with Greg (Founder and Executive Director, Global Point Technology Solutions) and Brian (Junior Admin, Global Point Technology Solutions).

We were looking for a organisation to do server livelihood regularly. After meeting with Global Point Technology Solutions, they seemed to propose good labors. They also weren’t far from our labor.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
My organisation spent about $30,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
Global Point Technology Solutions completed the server migration and setup from September 2018–January 2019, and they prepare ongoing support.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The servers are working very nicely.
How did Global Point Technology Solutions accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We interacted straightly with Greg throughout the server migration. We named him to debate what we were going to do and how we were going to do it, and that worked out well. Now, we call Brian if we meet any issues with the servers or backups.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their ongoing backup labor is very good.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, I’m pleased with the way things are going.
Any advice for possible clients?
Coordinate with Global Point Technology Solutions on the schedule. For us, it was better to keep the old server up and do the migration slowly rather than going offline and doing it fastly.
