A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I am the SVP and COO of Capital Choice Financial Group. We are a cluster of independent men and women who sell insurance and investment fruits to retail clients all athwart the country. We principally centre on educating clients on financial strategies and calculators that they don',t normally attend when they',re looking at their personal financial programs.

What challenge were you trying to address with HatchWorks Technologies?
We had an old piece of software that our likenesss were using to help profile their clients and gather information touching their financial locality. The software had befit so old that the platform it was programmed on could no longer be updated, so we were preparing to get rid of it entirely and set over. At that time, we began discussing ideas for a new platform and handheld phone application and determined to hire HatchWorks to create the solution.

What particular tasks were HatchWorks Technologies responsible for?
When we had our initial meeting we listed the things the program had to component and the things we hoped it could component. From there, HatchWorks began designing and developing the program per our specifications for desktop and mobile use. Key functionalities of the program include a client profile section, an interactive DIME (debt, proceeds, mortgage, and education expenses) calculator to help estimate a life insurance cite, and a mechanism that reaches out to the insurance companies we associate with to engender the cite. The program also incorporates other financial calculators— such as compound interest and Rule of 72 calculators—and proceeds and budgeting worksheets.
Was there a dedicated team?
We have worked with almost eight total HatchWorks employees. That included three main team members who worked on the leading release, and some outsourced team members located overseas.
How did you come to work with HatchWorks Technologies?
I knew HatchWorks’ executive ruler personally and he reached out to me behind I sent out an initial request for an app outgrowth organisation. We also heard from a second organisation, however we determined on HatchWorks owing we enjoyed our interactions with their leadership more.
What is the terminal result of working with HatchWorks Technologies?
We began working unitedly in July 2017 and completed the project in March 2018.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We have accepted very real feedback from our likenesss indicating that the tool is intuitive and easy to use. Our clients have also responded really to the program’s interactive components and the output that the program sends back to the clients detailing what was discussed during a meeting with a likeness.
How did HatchWorks Technologies accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were big. They always stayed on top of deadlines and were diligent almost care us on task. Additionally, their interaction was always very congruous and detailed. Anytime there was an effect that might cause a delay they told us without and granted solutions to move past it.

The personal relationship and investment that their employees made in knowledge our business was very forcible. Any advice for possible clients?
Take the time soon on to make sure that there',s a powerful knowledge of what the end liberateable is. That is not to say that there was ever any confusion during the engagement, just that the time we put in at the set of the project was well worth the result when the project was over.
