Mightybytes has worked with NABP for almost four years to improve their website and digital marketing results. We started in 2016 with a website redesign and immediately began to iterate functionality and continuously improve the site over time. The website included several tools that we designed and built,including a Drug Disposal Locator tool to help consumers find safe locations to get rid of old medications. We also
developed a blog to support content strategy, improved FAQ functionality and tested new product landing pages.We’ve supported NABP’s digital marketing efforts over the years with ongoing strategy, planning and prioritization for our work. We partner with NABP’s marketing team on SEO, content strategy, improving user experience and conversion rate optimization. We’ve developed user profiles and mapped conversion journeys for their members and customers so NABP understands their target audience better. We also provide regular reports tracking sources to their website and if this traffic is converting.
We recently launched Safe.Pharmacy for NABP, a new consumer-focused website built in WordPress Guttenberg and is AA accessible. We developed improved functionality for two key search features by creating better ways to combine, filter and display this data from multiple sources.
Currently we are grateful to be working with NABP on the planning of another new and improved organizational website that will launch in 2020.
