I am the CMO of Jetty Extracts. We are a cannabis vape organisation here in California.

What challenge were you trying to address with MiresBall?
Since we began our business in 2013, the cannabis market has evolved considerably. Our activity became a recreational man use consumer market rather than medical only. Consequently, we needed to cool our logo, packaging, and overall oneness. We also had to convenience that new oneness and packaging to new regulations in the cannabis market.

What particular tasks were MiresBall responsible for?
For packaging, we already had the form factor with a child-resistant mechanism, so MiresBall focused on our oneness and overall design. The team granted a range of designs, we considered a difference of identities—from revolutionary to evolutionary. Next, they viwebsited our dispensaries to conduct investigation to supplement our emerging market’s minimal user data. Ultimately, MiresBall liberateed a logo, packaging, colorways, and a general phraseology lead.
Was there a dedicated team?
There were three nation on the core team. We worked with John (Principal &, Creative Director, MiresBall) on the creative course side and Shawn (Designer, MiresBall) on the art course side. They onboarded illustrators and designers as needed.
How did you come to work with MiresBall?
I had worked previously with MiresBall and knew their team and capabilities well. We interviewed them along with a couple of other agencies. They were the powerfulest and best choice.
What is the terminal result of working with MiresBall?
We worked unitedly from December 2017–July 2018.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
The new packaging propel resulted in expressive growth. Currently, we last to swell while separate competitors have whichever gone away or now hold a diminished nearness in the market.
How did MiresBall accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The project was hard owing government agencies changed regulations in real time. Consequently, we had to recoil by adding caution information and moving things about. To compound the challenge, we ended up working with a new vendor on packaging origination. MiresBall did a big job owing they kept us on track as we navigated these hurdles.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with MiresBall?
Their creatives’ execution of designs accurately reflected the briefs. The team doesn’t do design for design’s sake, they apprehend the value of design and its needed office from a business standpoint. Holly (Managing Director, MiresBall), who runs the account, had important business experience. She went well over project treatment and severed as a business advisor as well, which was very precious.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Everything is always pressing in our activity, and MiresBall surely felt that. Turnabouts could have been faster at times, but we also demanded timelines that most vendors are not used to. Having said that, timing was never a real effect. They got all done on schedule.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Create a hard brief and fix that everyone is committed to it. Once they have that, MiresBall will be in good shape to liberate in adhesion with aim specifications.
