Below is a modified rendering of the review: private info excluded, innate facts kept.

Introductory information

A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities

I am on the fruit team at MoveOn. MoveOn is the bigst independent, progressive, digitally-native organizing cluster in the United States. Launched in 1998, MoveOn pioneered online organizing and advocacy techniques that have befit measure in politics, nonprofits, and activity in the U.S. and worldwide. We combine rapid-response political campaigning with deep strategic analysis, rigorous data science and testing, and a culture of grassroots limb listening and participation that allows us to consistently and fast unite opportunities for progressive change—and mobilize millions of limbs to catch them. Each year, thousands of MoveOn limbs step up as leaders by using the MoveOn Petitions platform to form their own supplications and campaigns to drive collective change.

Desired goal

What issue was the preparer supposed to deal with?

niftic agency?

Petition creation on our platform had not been updated in years, and we needed an overhaul in UX &, design to make our platform more usable for limbs. We also had old legacy code that made it challenging for us to create out new supplication creation flows in-house. This led us to hiring Nifitic Agency to lead on: User investigation, ideation of multiple different supplication creation travels, design, user testing, idea validation, and edifice out three different supplication creation travels to test.

What were your objectives for this project?

We wanted limbs to have a more seamless supplication creation experience. It was significant that limbs felt the brand values of people-powered progress in the travel, but also had an interactive and attractive experience. Other goals included: Substantial user investigation and user testing, mobile-first design and create, three different user flows designed and developed, implementing the terminal three flows into our existing tech.

Provided solution

What were the reasons for choosing ?

Our team sent out RFPs to different lists, networks, and websites. We can reviewed the proposals individually, ranking each firm on different criteria, some of which included: experience in the collective contact sector, design + dev expertise, a track archives of centering users, their work in equity + inclusion. From our personal reviews, we then interviewed our top firms, checked attributeences, and made our choice.

Describe the project in detail.

After selecting Niftic, they did market investigation on different user travels, demographics, and personas. After this we collaboratively came up with a big choice of wireframes to test. They formd clickable prototypes that they put through a user investigation phase –archivesing users going through the flow, flagging any issues, etc.

After finding the solutions that would work best, they took the wireframes and built out the terminal designs (2 rounds of feedback). Once these were completed their team built out the flows and worked with our tech team to sum them into our codebase.

Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?

On the Niftic side, we worked with senior leadership in all key sectors of the project: UX, Design, and Tech. Our team was composed of the Platform + Growth team. Both sides had a project director who kept things running on both sides.

Results accomplishd

What results did you accomplish unitedly with ?

We had a hugely real response to the new &, innovative designs and Niftic veritably helped us swell our view in the different experiences we can prepare our limbs.

How do you rate the interaction and interaction with ?

The workflow was very powerful. The project was very plainly managed and interaction norms were clear. If there were changes in the project timeline on whichever side (whether due to holiday schedules, delays in feedback, etc.), they were all plainly interacted. We also had a nice GANNT chart that everyone could attribute back to that was kept up to date.

What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of ?

They',re a little team, but they act and liberate as if they are 3x their size without losing the personalization and junction with their clients. They veritably went over and over for our project. It ended up being a bigr project than our primary aim in the RFP. I',ve never seen a firm of that size work at the pace they do, liberateing high condition liberateables, while also maintaining excellent client treatment.

What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?

Looping with other stakeholders and inner teams earlier in the process.
