I’m the CIO at DMC Global, a 400-million-dollar global manufacturing organisation. It’s a holding firm that owns independent manufacturing companies. We have locations in different states as well as offices in the US and Europe.

What challenge were you trying to address with Oshyn?
We needed outgrowth support for our full treatment platform, which handles our three web properties. We didn’t have the technical resources inhouse, so we relied on Oshyn for web outgrowth behind an independent contractor failed to do the job.

What particular tasks were Oshyn responsible for?
Oshyn developed our full treatment method (CMS) on Sitecore. I believe it utilizes .NET and C# as the leading backend languages. Depending on the sub-project, we’ll send them wireframes or mockups that are designed by another vendor. We also promise with them on a ticket-basis, where they resolve issues that pop up.
Was there a dedicated team?
We have four resources: one technical lead and three support teammates.
How did you come to work with Oshyn?
We verity accepted a cold-call email from them. It was fortunate timing owing we just happened to be looking for Sitecore resources. I reached out to them and began them off on a couple of less projects. They’ve done very well, so we last to promise them.

We’ve spent almost $80,000 so far.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the promisement?
They’ve demonstrated their technical competency. They’ve been able to fastly resolve issues that couldn’t be handled by our antecedent contractor. We were amazed when they fixed issues we’ve had for months, in just a couple of days.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, not veritably. We’ve been very lucky with their work. We’d like to see them member out to propose web design, but we apprehend that that’s not veritably their standard.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Try them out leading. Make sure that they’re a good fit for whatever you’re trying to execute. That way, you’ll get a perception of how you work unitedly precedently committing to a long-term associateship.
