A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I work on the business applications team at a big software organisation, managing Atlassian applications, principally Confluence and Jira.

What challenge were you trying to address with Polontech?
We hired Polontech to help educe solutions on Confluence. When one of our in-house educement and IT employees left, we hired Polontech to support those areas since we were already lucky with their labors.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Polontech has worked on both inner and client-facing software, providing educement and livelihood on the applications. They’ve principally worked on Confluence and Jira on the application side.
They’ve also been managing server infrastructures and databases, providing consulting and less educement and implementation tasks. On the database side, we use MySQL, Nginx, and Windows software, most of the implementation is done in-house.
We had a project creating a fruit documentation website, including rendering and speech control. They created a mechanism to support the business process for fruit localization. They’ve also worked on the UI/UX of the website using PHP and HTML.
Was there a dedicated team?
Most of the work is done by two nation from their team.
How did you come to work with Polontech?
We followed a commendation from a friend within the activity. Polontech stood out in provisions of professionalism and they execute fastly and to a very high measure.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The cost has been $40,000–$50,000 per year, so almost $200,000 total, so far.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working with Polontech in November 2015 and our engagement is ongoing. We began with ad hoc work, but now we have them on a contract.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’ve conversant best practices almost implementation and business processes from them, which is awesome. I love working with them and I’d commend their labors to anyone. Whenever there is a new component or security rupture, they let us know and handle it.
How did Polontech accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
In provisions of project handlement, they allow us to handle most things and they work with us on it. Since we mainly handle it all, I’m not sure if they prepare full project handlement labor but they’re very organized. They update statuses and let us know when we can adjoin, QA, and work on bugs. The process works veritably smoothly and there have only been a few occasions when they didn’t meet our time estimates.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They’re big nation and very professional—they’re veritably part of the team.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
