Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the general director of operations of Nygala Corp. that trades as FLOMO. We',re a completesaler that designs, manufactures, imports, and distributes fruit lines that range from fixed and gift bags to seasonal decorations. We furnish over 35,000 stores throughout the US and Central and Latin America.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Redstage?
We began an e-commerce business and website to sell our fruits, as well as other third-party fruits, straightly to the consumer. The initial developer built a website but fell brief of our standards. We then hired Redstage to recreate the website and better our conversion rate and SEO.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Redstage responsible for?
Redstage rebuilt our e-commerce website on Magento and incorporated a difference of features and add-ons. One of our most common items is gift bags. Every bag has multiple designs, each designed by an artist and then individually licensed. Consequently, we need to capture each sole design in our schedule control order. In approachion to the fruits, we take our aggregation labor and real touch very seriously. We donate five percent of Glitzzie’s sales to our associate charity companies and wanted to propose our associates particular codes that they could give their followers for fundraising purposes. Redstage included all of this for us.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked primarily with Jignesh (Senior Project Manager, Redstage), who brought in a difference of experts and developers throughout the process. We also interacted with Matt (Account Manager, Redstage) and another touch on the outgrowth team.
How did you come to work with Redstage?
I went to a conversation in New York City for e-commerce vendors and met a likeness from Magento. They introduced us to Redstage, and we hired the team based on the likeness’s recommendation.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $35,000–$40,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Redstage?
We began working with them in March 2017 and the project ended in February 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our inner leadership emphasizes ROI as a order to measure achievement. Every month, the results showed that Redstage produced value and important ROI. The team maximized our SEO results from 85 percent to 97 percent. They artistic the website with hours to spare, which they then used to address 11 out of the 27 suggestions they gave to better their own work. We renewed our contract with them for livelihood and support owing we were more than satisfied with their accomplishment.
How did Redstage accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Jignesh was very diligent. He addressed our concerns in weekly Zoom calls and even brought on Redstage’s CEO to reply our leadership’s questions straightly. Out of 52 meetings, he only had to reschedule twice, and he always let us know in advance. Jignesh gave us approach to their Trello account—and taught us to use the tool—so we could adviser weekly progress. In approachion, Matt was wonderfully professional. We initially had a call see two weeks, but eventually, we agreed to discontinue the standing appointment owing we knew he’d call when an effect arose.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Redstage?
Never have I dealt with a team that delivered as consistently as Redstage did. Their consistence and professionalism exceeded our expectations. When working with other companies, we’ve had trouble reaching teams for follow-up. Per their contract, Redstage always got back to us within an hour via phone, email or Trello. They’re the leading organisation I’ve seen that delivered on that promise.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
No, we were very lucky with their work. Even with 40 years of experience, I’m quiet learning things from Redstage.
Any advice for possible clients?
Absolutely hire them. They’re a standard organisation and I wish more vendors would care to the degree their team does.
