CHALLENGE
- Step into the future with full migration from .NET to the Magento 2 platform.
- Rebrand
- Unify &, integrate with Byggmax’s services bringing everything under one roof: Product Service, Storm, Order Service, Deliveries Service, Customer Service, Store Service, Location Service, Trailer Booking, and the Build Planner.
- Ensure seamless and error-free data flow between 150+ physical shops. These shops act as warehouses and are responsible for order fulfillment. Products prices and stock levels can be different from one store to another.
APPROACH
- The project methodology is closely based on Agile Scrum Project Management principles and direct client involvement with on-site visits and retail business operations analysis.
RESULT
- All three launches done on-schedule - Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
- A re-platformed online store with significantly improved performance and a unified user experience across all Byggmax stores, services, and support.
- Improved public image through a complete redesign, successful rebranding, and increased brand awareness.
- The amalgamation of the above-mentioned results has produced a significant increase in conversion rates.
