Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the establisher of a startup.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Sidebench?

Starting out, I only had a loose idea of what was needed to get my business off the ground. I hired them as my outgrowth associate.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Sidebench responsible for?

I had an idea and framework of what I wanted my associate to create. We needed them to design the complete fruit. They did all from user investigation to edifice upon my ideas to creating workflows based on my wireframes. In the end, they completed all of the design work for the app. That included screens and a basic logo. It was significant for me to form a test of concept precedently diving into the outgrowth of a full rendering.

At this point, they’ve granted that. Now, we’re working unitedly to create out the fruit they designed. The terminal solution will be a messaging app that utilizes hashtags to adjoin and shape trends. They’re enabling the creation of channels, cluster messaging, special chat functions, and Twitter integrations. The app will be for iOS and Android.

Was there a dedicated team?

I have one main point of touch who acts as a fruit director. Additionally, there are design and outgrowth team teams working on the app as well.

How did you come to work with Sidebench?

I establish them on Clutch. They offered the best ideas and timeframe compared to other companies I interviewed. Additionally, I was looking for a associate that would feel all aspects of outgrowth. They offered all the services that I needed, so they were the most suitable.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

For all of their services, we’re spending almost $250,000.

What is the terminal result of working with Sidebench?

We began the project in October 2019. The design was completed in December 2019, and the outgrowth began up in January 2020. We’re quiet working on that now.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

Since sharing and receiving feedback on their work, we’ve establish that the designs are excellently intuitive. They’re big at coming up with ideas of their own and managing a weighty workload. In accession, they’re able to expound and draw their processes well in layman’s provisions. The design level is very high.

How did Sidebench accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

I esteem that all is managed through a one point of touch. That’s been rather handy for me. We meet unitedly once each week to debate their progress. They’ve been big at care up with schedules and timelines. We haven’t skilled a delay owing of that.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Sidebench?

They’re able to create almost our concept and work pretty independently. Their team has taken my idea and ran with it, which is precisely what I wanted from them. I didn’t have to harass almost the outgrowth process as much owing of that.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

During the engagement, they used excellently a bit of technical gibberish that I wasn’t household with. They didn’t hold my hand through that process, which may have been helpful.
