Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I',m the CEO of PCIHIPAA, a retirement and data shelter organisation centreed on special practices. We help dentists and doctors defend the retirement and security of resigned information and comply with HIPAA. Our goal is for them to quit the risks associated with data breaches, ethnical fault, and non-yielding.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Sidebench?
We’ve developed a proprietary HIPAA yielding platform named OfficeSafe. This fruit helps us streamline business processes and easily instruct all of our clients. When I hired Sidebench, I was looking for additional fruit expertise to help us determine the strategy and the course of where we were going to take the platform.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Sidebench responsible for?
I',ve hired them as an outsourced fruit outgrowth and strategy organisation. The leading project that we did when we seting working with them was a strategy exertion. They went out and interviewed our clients to apprehend how they were using our platform. Based on this data, they made strategic recommendations for where we should take the fruit.
They did a full, end-to-end client investigation analysis, including a client feedback session, to apprehend churn as it kindred to fruit pain points. We took this data, combined it with our client travel insights, and had Sidebench help us form a fruit roadmap. They’ve been leading outgrowth efforts for our fruit ever since.
Was there a dedicated team?
We have a team of outsourced developers that they handle, and I have a fruit handler, Andy (Product Manager, Sidebench), on their team that I work with. The team compound fluctuates based on our running centre.
For sample, during the client investigation phase, we had additional nation doing client interviews and gathering data for presentations. If we’re working on the UI, our fruit handler might fetch in a UI designer, and if we have multiple code changes, he could fetch in more developers.
We have a team working on security features right now that we brought in specifically for that kind of expertise.
How did you come to work with Sidebench?
I’m part of an entrepreneurial leadership cluster that Sidebench’s CEO is also a part of. I saw Kevin (CEO, Sidebench) present at the cluster, and I was impressed with his vision and the work he was doing.
We had multiple dicsussions almost our work, and it eventually made perception for us to set working unitedly. The rest of his team is also incredibly intelligent and professional. They seemed like a big culture fit.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent just over $200,000 on the project.
What is the terminal result of working with Sidebench?
We seted the engagement almost a year ago, in November 2018. The work is ongoing.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
I believe totalheartedly that the work they’re doing is increasing our enterprise value. Because of their expertise in fruit outgrowth and design, our platform is improving in some observable ways. Their work is going to pay off in dividends down the line.
I handle Sidebench as if they were my vice chairman of fruit outgrowth. Instead of having one individual in-house, I determined to outsource that role. That was an excellent determination owing I now have a difference of resources as opposed to one individual. Due to its size, PCIHIPAA isn’t excellently prompt to fetch in a full fruit team, and Sidebench has filled that void for me.
How did Sidebench accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
They’ve been fantastic in provisions of interaction. Andy is extremely upbeat and very much in tune with what we’re doing. He usually runs our weekly meetings. I esteem how detailed he is with his note-taking and how diligent he is almost meeting deadlines.
Andy is also easy to work with owing he is big at managing nation. He’s been hugely potent in helping us better some of our interaction workflows, even implementing some new systems that we didn’t have in locate.
Andy uses JIRA to handle our developers, and we use Basecamp on our end. We typically adjoin via phone or email.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Sidebench?
Their power to take technical issues and professionally adjoin them to me is forcible. They are extremely apprehensionable and intelligent. They’re estate expertise, athwart both outgrowth and design, sets them aloof. Their interaction phraseology and strategic fitness are also noteworthy.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
I do sometimes wish that things could be done a pliant bit faster. For sample, we’re working on a total hierarchy change in our code, that they advised us to do, and it’s taking longer than I would’ve liked. I do believe it’s the right thing to do though.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Spend time upfront letting them know what your objectives are. It takes time to apprehend clients and gain apprehension of a different market, but if you give them the information they need, they’ll be able to answer effectively and drive alteration.
They’ve proven that they’re big at this, especially collecting client feedback. Let them carry out their process and you’ll find achievement.
