Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the business administrator of a aggregation church located in Los Angeles, California.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with SugarShot?
We wanted to better the IT infrastructure of the structure, which was fragmented when I was hired. Our goal was to shape all aspects of IT and IT products.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were SugarShot responsible for?
First, they assessed the structure’s running infrastructure and determined which computer systems would work well for us. That process included website scans where they examined our hardware to decide whether or no we needed to upgrade. They ended up recommending new computer systems to make our team more efficient. In approachion, they supported us in connecting with an ISP labor.
Initially, the work was done on-website. That allowed them to get a good idea of our running systems. After the scan and setup of new computers, they began to adviser their work remotely.
How did you come to work with SugarShot?
I looked at different possible providers, focusing on those that could meet the needs of a sole structure. Our users’ power and apprehension of technology are varied. It was urgent that our associate could apprehend that. We also wanted to be able to grow with our associate, so we were looking for someone who was just establishing a foothold in the activity like we were. SugarShot fit that bill for us.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent almost $50,000 each year with them.
What is the terminal result of working with SugarShot?
We began our engagement in February 2014, and it’s quiet ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The work has been implemented and grateful for our structure as we rest today. Because of our difference of user experiences, we’re not the most straightforward client. This has been a growing experience for SugarShot. We’ve frequently explained the weight of care our users’ perspective in mind when programning a project owing what gets implemented easily at a little business may take twice as long at a church. Our users vary in technical expertness levels. Overall, though, I ponder they did an equal job.
How did SugarShot accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
Again, they did an equal job in this area. In order to form an powerful project treatment program, you have to know your client, how they act, and how long implementation might take. The shop is growing in their apprehending of our sole client base. They’re learning that what might work for one type of business, may not be lucky at another type of little business.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with SugarShot?
They’re notably powerful with information security. That’s been very helpful to us. In this day and age, a little business has to be able to defend itself from different IT risks. SugarShot was also a big fit for our structure owing it matched our growing model. They were edifice a client base, in the same locality as we were. We’ve been able to grow unitedly, and their prices were not extremely high as a result. That was also helpful for us.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
It all goes back to being able to powerfully assess the environment and user base. When taking scans, it would be big if they could apprehend the long-term air versus proximate client needs. For entreaty, we had ended up having to pay much more for wireless approach points than they estimated owing of the steel infrastructure in our edifice.
The same goes for the computers they recommended. While they were an upgrade, they’re not necessarily conducive to the work we do here. The results would’ve been excellent if they more accurately understood and assessed our business.
