I am the ruler of subscription services for a weather media organisation.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Table XI?
We wanted a subscription solution for little to medium-sized businesses that are touched by the weather (e.g. composition, landscaping, and snow removal companies). We needed help in uniteing user need requirements, as well as commencement to prototype what a solution might look like from a mobile platform perspective.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We divided our project into two phases: the leading being user investigation and design, and the second being fruit outgrowth. Table XI helped us with the leading phase of this project. Table XI conducted user investigation for our target hearers—little to medium-sized composition companies. During their investigation, they focused on three main issue statements or questions: What are we trying to explain for our users? What do they need in a weather solution to help them make better decisions? And based on this investigation, what would the most helpful fruit look like?
Once we had thoroughly identified the answers to those questions, Table XI began prototyping a design that validated the answers we had just developed in their user investigation.
I was impressed with their access owing their team came to us with questions touching the solution and issue. They initially told us that they weren’t sure there was a solution, owing nation just don’t believe the forecast. From there, we sat down and ironed out what our goal was.
We agreed that nation don’t always believe the forecast, but users will go through multiple avenues to unite what they ponder is the most likely forecast. We wanted to be the leading rise of information users go to. By Table XI challenging the announce of our solution, we finded that we were trying to explain a different type of issue, and one that Table XI was positive they could find a solution for.
Toward the end of our engagement, we realized that separate factors of their solution could adduce to a different mobile application we were working on internally, which focused on larger clients and enterprise solutions. There were separate correspondentities between the issues both projects were trying to explain, so we leveraged some of Table XI’s technology stack and design into our other solution. Using correspondent aspects for the second project, presented an occasion to lead little and medium-sized businesses into an enterprise solution. So, the project ended differently than we expected, but it worked out very well.
Was there a dedicated team?
We had a team of four from Table XI: a project director, two investigationers, a designer, and a software developer with software engineering apprehension. They were fantastic and brought a level of experience in how they accessed issues. I appreciated the way their team challenged us to ponder differently owing it produced surpassing results. Their questions not only helped them find the best solution but also helped us solidify precisely what we wanted.
How did you come to work with Table XI?

Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
It’s too soon to tell what the touch will be, however, we have integrated their solution into our other project and it has worked well.
How did Table XI accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We had weekly or bi-weekly TouchPoints depending on where we were in the project. Outside of that, we used Slack, phone calls, and video conversations to stay in touch with each other. They used Sketch as their design toolkit for prototyping, and a separate tool for interactive prototyping. With our many interaction, it felt like we were one team. Developing our solution was surely an interactive process.
