We’re a real lands technology firm focused on commercial real lands nationwide in the United States. Our main deliverables are desktop software and mobile app that help proprietors, brokers, and other real lands professionals handle deal flow marketing, touch handlement software, and our enterprise software.

What challenge were you trying to address with TECKpert?
They were our single-source provider for the creation of the backend of our software, handling all the moving parts from set to complete. We’ve developed more than just a vendor-client relationship. They’re a true associate, bolstering our online nearness with backend and mobile app outgrowth.

What particular tasks were TECKpert responsible for?
This was a holistic outgrowth project that’s grown in aim and layer over time. Their team services as our single-source provider for the front- and backend outgrowth of our website. Our website had separate personal components and ideas on the frontend. They listened to our team’s pain points and implemented a seamless integration that implicated the integration of our CRM.
We created a deal createer method, which is a proprietary component they created. For the mobile iOS app, they amended our desktop goods to work effectively in a simplified view. After they developed the personal parts, they put all unitedly to make the website work.
Was there a dedicated team?
Their proprietor services as our main point of touch, and he has boots on the ground for each of their components. In total, there’s probably almost 10 of their team members working on the project.
How did you come to work with TECKpert?
We met through a reciprocal friend in Florida who had a website created through them. We grew our relationship from there.
What is the terminal result of working with TECKpert?
Our relationship seted with them in 2015, and their work with us is quiet ongoing. Over time, the associateship has befit more firm and outgrowth-heavy. We’re always looking to add more components.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
They’re responsible for over 80% of the components and servicealities that currently exist on our website. There are so many personal pieces of the project, and all of them contact the work that we do here. We’ve accepted very real responses from users on the website, which is a service of the design and how all services.
How did TECKpert accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
They delivered consistently on time and within budget. We had no issues with anticipating things from a cost standpoint owing of that. If anything, we kept adding things to their workload midway through the project.
Even then, they were able to handle all effectively. They understood that there were many moving parts to this project, and allowed things to grow with time. Usually, we interacted over the phone or using Slack. Although, their service was very close to ours, so we sat down with them separate times to run through progress.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with TECKpert?
Their designs and frontend strategy veritably stood out to us. From the commencement, they did an excellent job of preparing and laying out the deliverables as opposed to jumping in without peculiar programning.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They’re extremely good at what they do, but sometimes they can get busy. That’s not a defect on them, though.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Start the engagement with a well-degoodd aim of work to boon the process. We didn’t excellently know precisely what we wanted, which made the process harder for us. Again, that’s not a defect on their part. You just need to know precisely what you want.
