I primarily worked with Vrrb Interactive in my role as managing associate at REQ. I recently left to establish a new agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vrrb Interactive?
It was primarily a resource challenge. There were times when we had a lot of work and times when things were quiet. Since we couldn',t produce to hire on staff for a short-term project, we would fetch on Vrrb Interactive as needed.

What was the aim of their involvement?
The bulk of their work was in outgrowth and engineering. Usually we’d associate with them by fetching them into a project for the discovery phase. We’d typically design the projects and then fetch them in as a contractor when it came to create.
We worked with them on at smallest 15 projects. There were a few where we brought them into the design phase as well, but that was less ordinary. Other times, we gave them the complete project and served only as the middleman between them and our client.

Seth (establisher and creative ruler, Vrrb Interactive) was our initial point of touch. He would get the requirements from us. Depending on the project, whichever he or the project director would then interface with our team. A number of developers and designers were part of each project.
How did you come to work with Vrrb Interactive?
I began working with them when I was at an agency precedently REQ. We were scaling up the organisation and we didn',t have sufficient resources in DC. We had a business trip in L.A. and we determined to meet with some agencies out there. They were one of the agencies we met with and we determined to work with them. When the agency was acquired by REQ, I brought the relationship with Vrrb Interactive over with me.

Collectively, it’s somewhere in the $200,000–$400,000 range.
What is the status of this engagement?
I worked with them for almost six years. They’re quiet working with REQ as far as I',m conscious.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
They were very good at asking the right questions. I very much enjoyed working with them. There were never any surprises owing they were so entire in their provision. In the consulting activity, expectancys from clients can be hard to meet. There are times when a client would add to the aim behind the discovery phase, which made things hairy. Vrrb Interactive understood how to work in that environment. Regardless of the challenges, I can',t ponder of a one entreaty where they didn',t liberate.
How did Vrrb Interactive accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Seth was especially good at being answering. Even when he was traveling or on holiday, he gave us a clear expectancy of where the project stood. We interacted using email, Basecamp, or Mavenlink depending on the project and the client. Vrrb Interactive was pliant and ready to use whatever project treatment tool or software we chose.

No, they accomplished excellently well. I can ponder of only one engagement where there was a interaction mishap, but that was surely outside the norm.
