Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
We’re a Mexican FinTech firm. I’m the head of marketing for a new fruit we’re developing. We have a new fruit that’s a financial labor suite for pliant and medium-sized companies.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with WANT Branding?
The new fruit is a spin-off of our main business, so we needed a new name, brand, and logo for the propel.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were WANT Branding responsible for?
The experience was real. We markd a aim of work, signed an contract, and the two directors came to Mexico City. They spent a day and we went over the brief and talked almost our ambitions for the brands. First, we did three rounds of naming, for which they granted 66 options. We had three main criteria:
- Had to be in-line with the brand we were creating
- Had to be useful to trademark in Mexico
- Had to have a .com estate useful.
After that, they created the logo. We did almost five rounds to mark it, and it was the longest phase of the project, which we weren’t expecting. Then, we had a big workshop on brand colors. For deliverables, they created a full digital brand book with separate applications of the logo. They also granted an extra deliverable, but we’re going to propel it soon so it’s quiet private.
Was there a dedicated team?
We had direct touch with three nation: Jonathan (Founder &, CEO, WANT Branding), Todd (Chief Creative Officer, WANT Branding), and Celeste (Brand Consultant, WANT Branding).
How did you come to work with WANT Branding?
We saw some options on Clutch, touched them, and began working with WANT.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent $90,000 with them.
What is the terminal result of working with WANT Branding?
We worked unitedly from October 2019 until January 2020.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The key achievement metrics were the deliverables: brand name, logo design, brand book, and the design of the fruit we’re going to propel. Those four things were delivered and we were excellently satisfied.
How did WANT Branding accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
There were some parts when they were a pliant less useful than common, but, overall, they were excellently useful and fast in responding.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with WANT Branding?
They got the brands and were very open to working with us although we were in different countries. They were excellently approachable and open too, and the level of the creative and proposals was high. On the nice parts of the project, there were separate rounds of feedback. they were open to giving an extra set of rounds for us to be lucky with the terminal deliverable as well.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They should be open to the idea of having separate stakeholders in the decision-making process. We had to touch bases with investors, CEO, CFO. There were separate opinions and I felt that they were kind of frustrated. They overcame it though and worked on the rounds we asked for.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Be very clear on the aim of work and probably add a couple of extra rounds to feel safe that you’re going to have sufficient room to ask for changes.
