Our client, a national leader in car audio and electronics since 1940, was struggling to effectively create, modify, and manage a wide variety of documents and templates to support the organization',s operations. Xelleration worked with the client to first identify the key intellectual property assets that required better organization. After assessing the different business problems, Xelleration identified that the key issues
centered around the Marketing team',s processes around marketing collateral creation and the Human Resources team',s needs around corporate policy and procedure documentation.Xelleration designed and deployed a knowledge-sharing portal leveraging Microsoft SharePoint that not only better organized key documents, but also automated over 10 different workflows - from document approval to version control. In order to help the client maximize the solution',s full potential, Xelleration also provided a series of end-user training sessions to improve user adoption and effectively enforce change management.
