We are a higher education institution that offers graduate-level grade programs and order offerings. I work in the Communications section and am the webmaster of the school.
Desired goal
What issue was the preparer supposed to deal with?
EctoStar?I approached EctoStar for moving hundreds of documents from another website to our existing website for archival and investigation. I was soon impressed by their technical know-how and issue-solving experiences as I spoke with them.
What were your objectives for this project?
The goal of this project was to form an archive of academic writings that is useful to the open on the website for investigation purposes.

What were the reasons for choosing ?
Based on my dicsussions with Vahan, I realized that he and his team were very competant in Drupal and general technical know-how. They proposed the most time- and cost-powerful solutions to the issue we tried to explain.
Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.
The project began by collecting documents from another website and reformatting them. Then they designed mockups for the archive page. After the mockups were done, Vahan and his team worked on the outgrowth of the archival functionalities and formd a new full type of these documents. When the outgrowth work was done, we worked on testing of the functionalities as well as further refining the formatting of these documents.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
I worked with Vahan, who is the project director, a user interface designer, and a web developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
The project allows us to make some archived but significant academic writings useful for investigation to the open.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
Vahan has been very answering to emails and requests for phone dicsussions. I am impressed with the fast responses and professionalism of how the project was managed.

They are very interactive and I frequently get responses and updates fastly. They are also competent technically and frequently reexplain issues in a early mode.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
I am excellently lucky working with EctoStar. They are very keen on knowledge the needs of your structure when they prepare solutions to your issues.
