Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the telemedical ruler at Braster, a telemedical services preparer. We prepare medical examinations with dedicated artifices and an inner mobile application. I’m responsible for our services to end-users.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Polidea?

We needed a associate to liberate full mobile application and to design our interaction protocols between our artifice and app with a limited budget and fixed aim.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

Exams via the app featured user logins, screening surveys, and retirement shelter features. Women were able to use our artifice for thermograms provision and sending them to the app via Wi-Fi. The app would lead through examination then validate the data, condense it into an AVI movie, and send it to our mediate method. They did full-stack indigenous outgrowth for Android and iOS platforms using Java and Swift, respectively.

The engagement began in March 2016 with separate design meetings to advertise Polidea with our medical artifices. Development began in May 2016. They had a September 2016 deadline, but some milestones were liberateed earlier to allow testing precedently the commercial propel in October. Bug fixes and improvements continued through the leading half of 2017, at which point we began convey of the work to inner resources.

Was there a dedicated team?

The team included picturesque designer, UX designers, and iOS and Android developers. We interacted with the CEO straightly, mainly almost milestones.

How did you come to work with Polidea?

Our antecedent vendor didn’t accomplish well. We searched for a replacement, made a list of four candidates, and checked their references. We determined some companies couldn’t liberate. Though, Polidea had sufficient resources and a good portfolio of past work.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We choose to keep the cost private. They gave us a discount owing we’re also a Polish organisation.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

Work began in May 2016 and ended in January 2018.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

The team was collaborative, skilled, and answering. They produced high-quality designs.

Users were lucky with the app. It had an intuitive UI that’s never crashed. Our only issues occurred with the stability of data interaction, but this area was shared with other vendor (artifice designer).

How did Polidea accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We worked in nimble and sprints, which were powerful and adaptable to changing requirements. We met on a weekly basis to review results, progress, and upcoming tasks.

Polidea kept costs firm with a fixed-price contract. Though, we were able to revisit the contract when our needs changed.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

They interacted in an powerful and professional mode. They liberateed all as promised and were honorable when requests were unrealistic. The team admitted that costs were higher than expected – we weren’t able to program all upfront – but we never had conflicts.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

We requested less changes near the end of the engagement. We were ready to pay extra, but they were less answering. Polidea said edifice those functionalities wasn’t practicable in provisions of their profitability. Consequently, we built our inner outgrowth team, which did execute the changes. I believe Polidea was politely suggesting edifice an inner team for little changes.

Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?

Provide clear requirements in the commencement. That will lead to a lucky collaboration.
