TheaterMania’s Gold Club was running on an aging platform which they had neither the expertise or desire to support. TheaterMania was interested in developing a more compelling experience for both current and potential subscribers, as well as their internal customer service representatives.
The solution included custom migration of existing users and transactional data from the legacy system to Drupal, utilizing the
Drupal Migrate module as our foundation.By improving and contributing to the Drupal Recurly module (which Chromatic now maintains), a seamless integration between Drupal and payment processor Recurly was created.
A series of user experience an interface improvements to the user dashboard and the addition of several features allows customer service reps to more effectively complete tasks from a single destination.
Beyond launch, the single platform supported multiple iterations of clubs, the first being the What',s on Stage Theatre Club in London.
Chromatic’s partnership with TheaterMania to replatform their Gold Club platform resulted in a more compelling user experience that is driving increased subscription conversions as well as a more robust set of tools for internal support staff members.
The work yielded a more maintainable codebase that helps to reduce regressions and therefore TheaterMania’s cost if ownership.
