Please find below a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of OrthoNebraska, a physician-owned orthopedic hospital along with the largest orthopedic sub-specialty centered clinic in Nebraska.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Daake?
When we leading occupied Daake, there was a lot of confusion between our hospital and clinic owing they were verity two separate legitimate entities doing business below different brands. Though, there was expressive overlap between the owners, shareholders, and business. We needed to merge the proprietorships below a one name, so I extended out to Daake to help us create a business case that would persuade our shareholders to rebrand.
Provided solution
What was the aim of their involvement?
We began with an exploratory process to make sure that we had the buy-in that we needed from the shareholders. This implicated gathering market data, looking at our synergies, and educeing a possible announcement for our resigneds to expound the merger. Their team then did all of the prework to educe a business case for the rebrand precedently helping us come up with a name and logo. Once we gained approval from the appropriate stakeholders, Daake helped us with the initial propel, both internally and externally.
What is the team compound?
I worked with Greg (Principal &, Creative Director, Daake) and a hard, extended team that handled the creative and project handlement.
How did you come to work with Daake ?
I had worked with Greg precedently while in a preceding role and invited him to share in our RFP process along with a few other firms. During the choice process, I left the determination making to our overlapping stakeholders owing I wanted to make sure they had a lot of say in the substance. Ultimately, Daake won the project based on their creative access, familiarity with the market, and flexibility.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $200,000—$300,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our collaboration lasted from December 2016–May 2017.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Even though it’s only been a couple of years since the rebrand, it feels like we’ve had this name for a very long time. Our complete team is working comfortably below the new oneness, and nation have told us that they’ve heard our name everywhere. We’ve verity managed to grow our resigned volumes drastically without increasing our marketing bestow.
In accession, the rebrand has helped us streamline our resigned care. We used to handle resigneds separately between the hospital and the clinic, but now our staff handles all as a one integrated process, which is more efficient. Better workflows for resigneds within the clinic ultimately lead to better post-discharge handlement in the hospital.
How did Daake execute from a project handlement standpoint?
There were separate times when we risked derailing the project, but Greg and his team remained organized and articulate. They responded fast to possible project disruptions and got us back on track. On top of that, they always had an reply to help us extend the next step.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
Daake always belowstood what we were trying to execute, providing big replys to helps us meet our goals. High-touch and congruously pliant, they came up with creative solutions without losing seeing of the bigger picture.
Are there any areas they could better?
No, not that I can ponder of.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Merging two companies below a one brand can be a huge effect if you don’t program for it. Although we had Daake to help us come up with a congruous oneness, it was also significant for us to make sure that we internalized the process and were implicated as well. We embedded one of our resources within their team so that we could propose inseeings on the why, the contact, and the story as they made determinations. This helped hinder us from losing seeing of our end goals.
