SUNY Adirondack’s Wilton Center in Saratoga, NY was popular when it first opened, the excitement began to dwindle in 2015, and resulted in reduced usage. The school’s leadership was looking for ways to increase awareness and usage of the center for continuing education.
DBC interviewed stakeholders from the school and community, identified new focus areas for the center and made bold new recommendations for the brand of
