I’m the chairman of Hydropool.com. We furnish pool and spa kindred chemicals, accessories, and equipment.

What challenge were you trying to address with End Point?
We’ve worked with End Point since 2001. The latest major project that implicated them was an overhaul of our website to make it more answering and mobile-ready.

What was the aim of their involvement?
We began with elements and concepts we liked from other websites. They granted mockups and design boards of different options, layouts, and formats. We went back and forth with the design team, with continuous revisions over a few months. Once we were lucky with the modifications, we turned it over to the engineers and developers to exhibit. They broke it all down into the peculiar code using RedHat Interchange.
They set up the wireframe and technology for us, and built the logos, layout, functionality, and features for both the frontend and backend. We then populated the website using local tables we maintained.
What is the team compound?
We had six or seven nation working on their side. We initially worked with a project director, then worked with the designer straightly. Once the design was artistic, we moved back to the project director, who worked straightly with the developers.
How did you come to work with End Point?
We were primaryly working with another organisation that was eventually acquired by End Point. We wanted to stay with them behind the acquisition, owing their nation knew our method and our website.

We invested more than $30,000 on the revamp, our latest major project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working on the revamp in February or April 2016, and we propeled the new website in November 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Most of the feedback is real. The website is easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for. The size of fruit interrogation calls into the service has decreased since the propel, and we’ve seen an increase in conversions from both tablets and other mobile devices.
How did End Point accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
They did very well. Most of our interaction was by phone and email.
What did you find most forcible almost them?

This was the not the leading major project we’ve used End Point for. Beyond the primary design of our trade website and posterior revamps, they have been implicated in many front-end and back-end design, programming, and integration challenges. They always propose careful consultation, solutions, and efficient execution.

Go for it. They’re a big organisation, they rest behind their work, and they’re very reliable.
