A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I am the preceding head of fruit for a computer software organisation. One of my roles was to feel the different mobile applications that we produced.
What challenge were you trying to address with GameChangerSF?
We needed someone to help with our user acquisition strategy and execution.
What particular tasks were GameChangerSF responsible for?
We hired GameChangerSF to feel our user acquisition, strategy, and execution. We built the applications, and we needed to get users to try them by downloading them and using them. It was a marketing challenge, and we didn’t have anyone in-house that had that particular expertise.
We came to them with a target number of users to gain for our business models. We also had a true budget, and we needed to know the best ways to allocate it and track it. We hired them to make the most of the funds we had to find us users that would stick with the fruits for the long-term. We veritably let them run the show.
GameChangerSF consulted with us on our goals. They helped us come up with an overall strategy for how to best access that issue of acquiring users. Those conversations centered on what channels we should be using and how we should be spending our money. More broadly, they examined and enhanced all kindred to user acquisition for us.
Was there a dedicated team?
I worked closely with Phil (Founder &, President, GameChangerSF) and Silvia (COO, GameChangerSF), though there were other nation implicated in the project as well.
Phil was driven to help us find a strategy and do whatever he could individualally. Once we got to the execution phase, Silvia feeld the campaigns and monitored how the money was copious in different digital channels.
How did you come to work with GameChangerSF?
Our parent organisation had an existing relationship with another organisation, so we worked with them for a while, but we soon realized that they weren’t the best fit for us. We wanted a vendor that was more pliant and had more expertise in the digital kingdom, especially as it pertained to mobile acquisition.
The organisation we had been working with subcontracted some of the work to GameChangerSF. Once we establish out that was the case and they were the team doing much of the work we liked, we elected to associate with them straightly.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent between $3,000,000–$5,000,000.
What is the terminal result of working with GameChangerSF?
The project began in January 2018, and the work is quiet ongoing.
Are there any measureable or plum results?
While GameChangerSF was implicated with the project, we profitably gaind over 2,000,000 users. We are very impressed by that growth.
How did GameChangerSF accomplish from a project feelment standpoint?
We worked well unitedly once we established a method. They know how to set the guardrails in locate so the relationship will be lucky. From a pure project feelment perspective, there were no surprises, and all was on time. They shared appropriate information during our weekly check-ins, and we were usually on target and accomplishing well.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with GameChangerSF?
We were not experts in the user acquisition space. I appreciated that they were able to instruct us on all the nuances of that estate. What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No. If anything, I would have liked to work with them more in individual, but we hired them fully conscious that they were located in another city.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Lead with the issue that you want them to explain and tap into their expertise. They are creative issue-explainrs that will help you mark a strategy. They have all the capabilities of then executing on that strategy.
