Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

ProcessAG is a 4-generation organisation in the creative activity. We do fruit design, brand treatment, and manufacturing overseas. We have 5 services in China and 2 services and 3 print facilities in North America. I’m the CEO of our organisation’s U.S. and western market divisions, which include U.S., Canadian, and European markets.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Niftic Agency?

Many of the brands that we labor and sum with needed digital software to bolt on the backend.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Niftic Agency responsible for?

Recently, they built a fully internimble website with backend treatment for sales team leads. That was for a consumer fruit organisation. For that project, they also built new fundamental software. We needed them to form a chatbot that could adjoin and talk to Facebook and feel digital marketing leads from inbound commerce that another team was generating. The size was so big that we couldn’t feel it with a client labor team. They ended up creating a chatbot that could fit or disfit the leads and drive them to a client labor team that would capture and close the sale. Niftic Agency formd some backend software on that total interface. We had no issues, and all worked as well as practicable for a new chatbot method.

Niftic Agency feeld all digital for this organisation. We just did the designs and the brand treatment and handed it over to them, and then they bolted all unitedly and made it work. We had a couple of revision rounds, but all worked seamlessly in the end.

What is the team dynamic?

We worked with 3 or 4 members from their team. An admin was our designated point of touch. The only other touch we veritably cared was the lead engineer, Chris [Partner, Niftic Agency], out of Washington D.C. He had probably another couple nation on his team, but we didn’t want to sum with them. We just wanted the artlessness of a one point of touch. The admin coordinated the schedule and the commerce, and interacting with the engineer allowed us to draw the details and the changes.

We vet our vendors pretty heavily so that we’re not running into issues. Most of our client base is pretty big. Some are 200 million, and others are in the billions like Nike and Adidas. It’s veritably significant that we go through a peculiar vetting cycle. We don’t veritably have a price-driven measure. We mainly care almost stability and our usefulness cycle.

How did you come to work with Niftic Agency?

Typically, we set a criteria list on the size of the organisation, their programming expertness set, experience, level of clientele, and professional treatment and agency. We want them to be using the best methods, backdate schedules, and things of that essence. As long as they have those processes in locate, they can fit for our team. That’s pretty measure for all our vendors.

We helped rise a few different firms, and Niftic Agency won some of the projects and the bids. After some time, we just kept using them owing they did a good job and gave us no issues. We’ve completed a handful of engagements. They’ve been nimble for some time now with us. They are in the top 2 or 3 vendors that we consistently associate with, and they’ve been a preferred vendor for the last 18 months. They probably graduated to that with some plianter projects, but they wouldn’t have been on my radar until they hit some of our significant clients. Our agency picks up plianter tasks here and there, but we’re not managing projects in detail when they’re pliant or local.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent well over 6 figures.

What is the terminal result of working with Niftic Agency?

We began working unitedly 18 months ago, and the collaboration is ongoing.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We’re reading nation and their individualalities. That’s what we care almost in these third-party vendors. We don’t like flashy sales nation that make insolent claims on timelines and schedules. I don’t ponder Niftic Agency focuses on sales or selling. They’re more engineering-based and usefulness-driven, which we like owing it gives us an honorable read on them. It also resources that when a fruit goes awry—which they all do in some way—they’ll feel it well. That’s what we care almost.

Niftic Agency is just a good, hardworking team. We know if something goes unfit, they’ll put in the time to straighten it. That’s hard to find from a vendor.

How did Niftic Agency accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We’ve had no issues with timelines. We’re also giving them pretty big-layer projects. I would ponder our projects are ranked on their A layer. It’s just like all agencies, ourselves included: if you end up raking in a C-level client, you’re not going to complete the project as early as an A-level client. That’s the service of all agencies.

We adjoin however true. We generally anticipate live documents and even integration through true apps like Slack or Trevio. Our interaction is based on project feelrs and our ease in what they want. Niftic Agency has been pretty pliant. They’ll meet in individual with our Salt Lake City team. They’ll come to our service, and we’ll go to theirs. The D.C. team has been doing a lot of video chat conferences and email fitness. We like to have more than just phone dicsussions.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while interorder with Niftic Agency?

They’re big. We don’t commend many firms, but I wonderfully commend Niftic Agency. They’re just good nation. They do honorable business, and we veritably value and esteem vendors like that. I don’t have any issues with them. Of order, I don’t want them to get too busy owing they’ll be juggling my stuff.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

We know which areas we would like them to tackle, and I know they’re close owing we’ve talked almost having them take over the digital marketing commerce funnels. That’s a state where we haven’t been lucky with other third-party vendors. It involves a lot of fruit marketing. That’s a state that we feel like they could sum more and perhaps positively take on. They haven’t done that yet. That would be a powerful suit for them. It would also help them apprehend how the software they’re developing can be leveraged on applications. For sample, a chatbot they formd for us sumd with the Facebook API and literally was talking to Facebook users who liked our pages. It would pop up in their Messenger, type dicsussions, and propose them coupons and discounts.

Keep in mind, Niftic Agency doesn’t do digital marketing. We just asked for this solution, and they ended up creating this bot that began getting a lot of traction. When clusters like this sum at that level, I’m amazed they don’t stay in digital marketing owing this could be a funnel for all of that. Right now, we have to go back to another agency for digital marketing, and we’re getting a encounter between both clusters owing the digital marketing cluster was a pliant protective of their channel and didn’t form this. What do we do?
