Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am a founding associate of a little creative agency. I was antecedently the head of the video division of a children’s app organisation and play studio.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with OrangeYouGlad?
We brought OYG on to help with logo design, UI/UX challenges, and app design.
Provided solution
What was the aim of their involvement?
They helped with a streaming video on claim platform for kids. It was an implicated process that centered almost registration flow and the path a free user would take to befit a paid user. It was an complicated project and they did an excellent job care the visuals on-brand. We presented some basic wireframes that they interpreted.
The logo design was tricky. We needed the design to tell to the parent brand but also rest on its own. OYG understood our sketches and ideas and executed a big solution.
What is the team compound?
We worked straightly with Tammy (Owner, OrangeYouGlad) and three or four other designers.
How did you come to work with OrangeYouGlad?
I worked with them in a antecedent position and had a big experience with them. They also have a jutting storefront in Brooklyn, so I was already conscious of them. We considered almost six design firms and initially picked a different organisation. That cluster was too costly, the process was frustrating, and the fruit ultimately failed. We approached OYG and asked for their help.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent in the range of $25,000–$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked unitedly on this project between July or August 2016–April 2017.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We’re fully satisfied with their work. They exceeded all our expectations. The project was well accepted and won an assign. We had a bunch of nation implicated in the project on two continents and everyone came away pleased. We got accolades from the CEO of our parent organisation and OYG accomplished so much better than another organisation we worked with. It was a huge succor when they came in.
How did OrangeYouGlad accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
They’re big. We had no issues with interaction or deadlines.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
They’re good listeners and very talented designers. They don’t come into a project with an ego or any preconceived perception of what they will liberate until they converse with the client.
Are there any areas they could better?
Nothing rests out. They constantly ponder almost their process and seek ways to make it better. They are big to work with and I don’t have any nice comments for them.
