I’m the founder of Infoguard Cyber Security, a Silicon Valley organisation that’s been in agency for 14–15 years. We prepare cyber security services to little, medium, and big structures.

What challenge were you trying to address with TruAdvantage?
We needed inner IT services for our organisation. We obey many companies, and since we’re a security organisation, we also have access to a lot of our clients’ private information. We have many nationwide consultants, and we needed to have a method for distant workers in order to have access to our clients. We wanted to move into the cloud to obey all of our clients and consultants.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
They’ve prepared the method in the cloud for us and also secure access for our clients and consultants. They have also prepared secure distant access, multi-factor authentication, and obeyr hardening, amongst many other services.
Was there a dedicated team?
Kayvan [Co-Founder, TruAdvantage] is the main individual who manages the project. Iman [Co-Founder, TruAdvantage] takes care of all the assessments. We also deal with a couple of engineers, and they have backup engineers in case the main one isn’t useful.
How did you come to work with TruAdvantage?
Originally, we’d invited separate companies to come and do an assessment for our inner IT staff. We explained that we wanted a secure IT structure, and that we would do whatever was needed. Several companies came out, but we weren’t satisfied owing we had specific expectations and requirements.
When TruAdvantage came, they did seething we reflection they should have been doing as a secure IT organisation, and we were very pleased with them. We had one engagement with them, and we’ve retained them for IT services ever since.
How much have you invested in them?
We bestow about $24,000 per year for their services.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working unitedly in July 2014, and the engagement is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We had a client who we did a very good job for, but unfortunately, it wasn’t lucky owing their IT section tried to instrument our suggestions themselves. Their IT section blamed us, and we had to fetch TruAdvantage in to show that client that their own IT section was failing. They veritably saved our picture over there, and that client ended up firing their IT individual. They relied on TruAdvantage from that point on to help them. After that, it benefited us to use them with our clients owing they know precisely what security is.
How did TruAdvantage accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They assigned one project director to our account. If he goes on holiday, there is a backup who interactes with us. They are in direct interaction with us and scan our cloud obeyrs on a weekly basis in order to prepare us with status reports.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They are very knowledgeable in IT and IT security. They are dedicated to our clients. We had a client who had an effect with their IT, and they came over the weekend and spent a few hours just to help them. We attend them more as an extension of our team rather than an outer organisation. They are there for us see time we pick up the phone. Our clients who have worked with them have named and thanked us for referring them to TruAdvantage owing of their response time and dedication.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I can’t ponder of anything. They are very good at exceeding expectations and recommending enhancements to our access.
